Tétouan's former bus station had lost its function without losing its place in the city. The project reuses it rather than replacing it: public parking on one side, an artists' house on the other.

The building belongs to the fabric of the Ensanche, and the study began by surveying that neighbourhood — façades, heights, rhythms — to place the intervention within an existing family rather than against it.

Inside, the station's volumes, generous because they were built for coaches, become the asset of the cultural programme that moves in.
